P.T.F.E Lined Sparger Nozzles and Dip Pipes from BLINEX FILTER COAT PVT LTD are engineered to combine the mechanical strength and rigidity of steel with the exceptional corrosion resistance of isostatically moulded P.T.F.E or porous P.T.F.E.

This construction provides near-universal chemical resistance, excellent thermal stability, and the mechanical robustness required to withstand agitation forces inside reactors, vessels, and process tanks. These systems are ideal for injecting, withdrawing, or dispersing gases, steam, or liquids in highly corrosive environments.

Design Concept

Outer Shell: Carbon steel / alloy steel for structural strength
Inner Lining:
- Isostatically moulded P.T.F.E or
- Porous P.T.F.E for controlled dispersion
