In 2003, Mr. Kirtan R. Dhami, Mr. Ratnapal D. Dhami's son, joined the company, bringing fresh energy and enthusiasm.

Mr. Kirtan holds a degree in Production Engineering from K. J. Somaiya College of Engineering, an MBA in Marketing, a Diploma in Plastic Industries from the UK, and a certified course from NACE International Mumbai Section for Paint and Coating Inspection.
