Product Overview

POLYPOR™ Porous Plastic Filter Cartridges for Air Dryer Applications are manufactured using sintered porous plastic technology, creating an omni-directional, interconnected pore structure that allows uniform airflow with excellent contaminant retention.

These cartridges are designed specifically for compressed air and air dryer systems, offering low pressure drop, high dirt-holding capacity, and long service life. Made from high-quality polypropylene, the cartridges are resistant to moisture, oils, chemicals, and solvents, ensuring reliable performance in industrial environments.

Sintered Porous Plastic Construction

POLYPOR™ cartridges are manufactured using controlled sintering techniques, resulting in:

Precisely controlled pore size and pore distribution
Uniform filtration across the entire cartridge volume
No deterioration from inside or outside
True depth filtration, not surface filtration

The entire volume of the cartridge is utilized, giving high particle storage capacity and extended service intervals.

Material & Surface Properties

Base Material: Polypropylene (PP)
Surface Treatment: Silicon resin layered (non-stick surface)
Colour: Natural white (allows easy visual inspection)

Functional Behaviour

Repels oil and water while allowing clean air to pass
Resistant to almost all chemicals and solvents
Non-stick surface minimizes fouling and clogging
White colour enables easy visual evaluation of contamination

Optional Variant

Activated Carbon Block Cartridge
- Removes odour from compressed air
- Improves air quality for sensitive applications
