BLINEX FILTER COAT PVT LTD manufactures and supplies a comprehensive range of fluoropolymer-lined pipes, fittings, and valves designed for handling highly corrosive, aggressive, and hazardous fluids under severe operating conditions.

Our lined systems combine the mechanical strength of carbon steel pipework with the chemical inertness of high-performance fluoropolymers, ensuring long service life, operational safety, and reduced maintenance.

Fluoropolymer Lining Materials

Our specialty fittings and pipe systems are lined using high-temperature, corrosion-resistant fluoropolymers, including:

  • PVDF

Material selection is based on chemical compatibility, temperature, pressure, and process requirements.

  1. P.T.F.E / PFA Lined Pipe Spools

Nominal Bore & Lengths

  • 5 mm – 150 mm NB → up to 6000 mm length
  • 200 mm – 300 mm NB → up to 3000 mm length
  • 350 mm – 600 mm NB → up to 2000 mm length

Design Features

  • Supplied with one fixed and one rotating flange to accommodate bolt hole misalignment
  • Close-fitting P.T.F.E liners for enhanced surface life and performance
  • Pipe spools manufactured to customer-specified lengths
  • Loose liner pipes with portable flaring equipment available for site fabrication
