Product Overview

POLYPOR™ Sintered Porous Plastic Filter Candles are high-performance filtration elements manufactured using sintered porous plastic technology. They are engineered for filtration, aeration, venting, silencing, diffusion, wicking, and fluidisation across a wide range of industrial, medical, and environmental applications.

POLYPOR™ products are produced by sintering carefully selected thermoplastic polymers to form a rigid, self-supporting, three-dimensional pore structure, providing true depth filtration, high dirt-holding capacity, and long service life.

Sintered Porous Plastic Technology

Sintered porous plastics are manufactured by thermally bonding polymer granules without melting them completely, creating a controlled and interconnected pore network.

This structure offers:
