The superior properties of non-stick fluoropolymer coatings make them popular for an endless variety of industrial uses, from mold release applications to food grade nonstick applications and beyond. Blinex Filter-Coat Pvt Ltd  specializes in the use of two types of non-stick material:

PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), the first of the modern fluoropolymer coatings, was introduced in 1938 and is still among the world’s most popular nonstick products. Applied using a two-coat (primer/topcoat) system, PTFE offers the highest operating temperature of any fluoropolymer at 600°F.

FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene) has similar properties to PTFE, while offering a lower melting temperature (450°F) that allows easier melting and flowing in coating applications. Its excellent release properties and abrasion resistance make FEP a popular mold release coating.

Non-stick industrial coatings offer a set of attractive physical and electrical properties:

  • Low coefficient of friction- in the range of 0.05 to 0.20
  • Nonwetting- oleophobic and hydrophobic surfaces make cleanup easier
  • Heat resistance- up to 600° F with adequate ventilation.
  • Unique electrical properties- high dielectric strength, low dissipation factor and very high surface resistivity.
  • Cryogenic stability- usable at temperatures as low as -270° C / -454° F
  • Chemical resistance- resistant to virtually all chemicals except molten alkali metals and highly reactive fluorinating agents.

Blinex Filter-Coat Pvt Ltd . offers decades of non-stick coating expertise, plus the advantage of a 10,000 square foot facility staffed around the clock with coating industry professionals ready to handle rush projects.

Corrosion resistant coatings protect metal components against degradation due to moisture, salt spray, oxidation or exposure to a variety of environmental or industrial chemicals. Many of the coatings listed below also provide a bonus of abrasion resistance, non-stick performance and chemical protection.

Blinex Filter-Coat Pvt Ltd brings three decades of expertise to the application of corrosion resistant coatings, along with the advantage of a 10,000 square foot facility staffed around the clock with coating industry professionals ready to handle rush projects.

A wide variety of corrosion resistant coating types are available to match the performance requirements of a specific application.
  • Fluoropolymer- resin/lubricant blends that offer excellent corrosion protection
  • PTFE- the original non-stick coating, able to withstand high temperatures
  • FEP- PTFE characteristics with better abrasion resistance
  • PVDF - high quality coating ideal for chemical processing applications
  • ECTFE/Halar®- resistant to most chemicals plus high impact strength

While the general category of industrial protective metal coatings can cover everything from concrete sealants to decorative automotive paints, Blinex Filter-Coat Pvt Ltd focuses its expertise on materials used to coat metal items primarily for corrosion protection, resistance to chemicals, abrasion resistance or protection from galling, seizing and other physical damage. Blinex Filter-Coat Pvt Ltd . offers decades of expertise in the selection and application of protective coatings, along with the advantage of a 10,000 square foot facility staffed around the clock with coating industry professionals ready to handle rush projects.

Dry film lubricants are an attractive alternative to fluid lubricants for minimizing friction and preventing seizing and galling, especially in high or low temperature environments where fluids may freeze or vaporize. Blinex Filter-Coat Pvt Ltd  . offers a wide range of lubricant coating options, protecting items from the smallest fasteners to massive industrial components that require a coating to reduce friction. Our solid film lubricant or dry film lubricant coating operation focuses on three types of lubricating materials:

  • Fluoropolymer coatings are superior dry / solid film lubricants that produce a smooth, hard and slick finish. These coatings are applied using a one coat system that fuses the coating to the substrate for remarkable adhesion. In addition to very low coefficients of friction, fluoropolymers offer exceptional resistance to heat, cold, corrosion and chemical infiltration.

  • PTFE is a combination of low-friction fluoropolymer compounds in a matrix of strong, stabile organic polymers. This fluoropolymer coating exhibits excellent surface wear characteristics along with the resistance to friction, heat, cold, corrosion and chemicals.

Blinex Filter-Coat Pvt Ltd’s dry film lubricants offer superior lubrication with low coefficients of friction, while providing non-stick properties making them an ideal coating for customers in many industries. We offer dry / solid film lubricants and other coatings for customers in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Water and Food Processing industries.

Applications that demand safe and consistent function in the presence of environmental and industrial chemicals will benefit from Blinex Filter-Coat Pvt Ltd’s extensive selection of chemical resistant coatings. These coatings offer a variety of valuable attributes:
